mooBlinker - blink everything in DOM that you want
mooBlinker
What
mooBlinker is an mootools class experience with just 1,5kb, that simulate a blink over an DOM element. It was developed to fit with some requirements of our portfolio home page. How I said, mooBlinker its nothing more than an experiment and will still in Beta Version until had it had a little bit of more future features.
How
mooBlinker let's you to define how many cicles the blink will have, and witch color as well. You can define too if you want an Fx.Scroll call before the blink event starts, and so the window will reach the element in your page.
Check out how you can call the blinker:
new mooBlinker({handler:"btest3",element:"test3",loops:9,color:"#0000ec",onScroll:false});
- handler - The element handler
- element - The element target
- loops - How many times do you want to loop the blink? (3 is default)
- color - Blinker's color
- onScroll - Do you want to scrool to the element target?(true is default)
Remembering that you will need the mootools core version. mooBlinker takes the color that you want and combines the opacity to make progressive blinks over the target element. Remember that mooBlinker respects your element parameters and clone itself with the same paddings or margins.
Demos
As for now you can test for yourself how mooBlinker works for simulate the "blink" over DOM elements
